Key Responsibilities:
Establish and document standard operating procedures and best practices for platform-related activities
Oversee day-to-day operations and support communication initiatives
Partner with product and vendor teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance platform functionality
Develop and deliver training for internal teams and stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in push communication systems
Evaluate and recommend enhancements or new tools
Collect and analyze feedback, leveraging insights to help product teams prioritize changes
About You:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of platform management, product ops, and/or equivalent domain experience
Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology
Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground and navigate competing interests
Curiosity and passion for problem-solving
Experience creating and delivering product tools and stakeholder materials
