Job Title: Part-Time Temporary Stock/Support Associate - Disney Springs
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Temporary Stock/Support Associate to join our team at Disney Springs. As a Stock/Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Process inbound deliveries in a timely manner and monitor daily workload to prioritize tasks
Maintain proper organization and accessibility of merchandise, including stockroom and selling floor
Stay up-to-date on stock levels, including quantity, units on hand, and sales trends
Support floor moves and ensure selling floor is stocked throughout the day
Conduct price changes and markdowns as necessary
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite/warehouse
Audit compliance and achieve shrinkage goals
Provide exceptional customer service, including cashiering and greeting guests as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably as a stock associate
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, work in a team-oriented environment, and adapt to change
