Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink
Provide exceptional customer service by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model and ensuring customer needs are successfully resolved
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring
Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
