Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams of associates through coaching, training, and feedback to achieve business objectives
Drive sales growth and financial performance by analyzing sales trends, managing inventory, and implementing business initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer service by modeling and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model and resolving customer complaints
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, including developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to analyze sales trends, manage inventory, and implement business initiatives to drive sales growth
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or a related field
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
