Job Description:

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering life-changing medical equipment for the MR modality, ensuring seamless installation, calibration, and maintenance. As a key representative of GE HealthCare, you will partner with project managers, serve as a subject matter expert, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform calibration and service on MR systems, ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer experience
Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to deliver installation and calibration projects
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, utilizing GEHC escalation processes and national support as needed
Maintain tools, test equipment, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring compliance with vendor credentialing requirements
Provide onsite customer support, working extensively with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with web applications, Microsoft suite, and basic hand tools
Valid Driver's License, ability to lift up to 35 lbs., and willingness to travel up to 50% overnight
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
