Live Chat Customer Support

Engage with subscribers via real-time live chat to assist them with a wide range of data entry tasks, including updating account information, resolving billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues
Respond promptly to incoming chat requests with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
Navigate multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality interactions and ensuring each subscriber feels valued and heard
Educate subscribers on arenaflex features, functionalities, and best practices to enhance their overall viewing experience
De-escalate tense situations by demonstrating patience, active listening, and effective problem-solving skills


Data Management & Accuracy

Accurately input and update subscriber data within arenaflex's sophisticated customer relationship management systems
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations, including GDPR and other privacy standards
Verify the accuracy of information entered to prevent errors that could impact subscriber accounts
Process account changes including plan upgrades, downgrades, payment method updates, and profile modifications
Ensure data integrity by following established protocols and flagging any inconsistencies for review


Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions
Document issues thoroughly in our ticketing system to facilitate seamless communication between departments
Track common issues and identify trends that could indicate systemic problems requiring attention
Prepare reports on customer interactions and data entry accuracy for weekly team reviews


Quality Assurance

Conduct regular quality checks on data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's standards and policies
Meet or exceed quality metrics including accuracy rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores
Participate in quality audits and implement feedback to continuously improve performance
