Job Description:
As a Key Account Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, developing strategic account plans, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Attaining sales forecasts and providing accurate and timely sales forecasts to management
Developing annual business plans to achieve goals, drive core growth, and promote new products
Building and maintaining account relationships across Merchandising, Replenishment, Marketing, and Operations
Supporting Cross-Functional Internal Teams on key initiatives for assigned accounts
Participating in cross-functional product development to aid in defining future growth opportunities
Preparing and delivering account presentations utilizing Sales and Marketing data
Providing accurate and timely information on competitive activity and retail conditions to Sales management
Managing budgets within guidelines
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
Three (3) combined years of customer-facing experience in Sales/Account Management, Marketing, and/or Analytics
Advanced analytical experience with category management (desirable)
Prior knowledge/experience with retail programs (desirable)
Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce.com)
