**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide supportive services to individuals, teams, and units at Roanoke Memorial Hospital and other Carilion Clinic locations
* Offer confidential counseling, consulting, and coaching services to address psycho-social needs
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective solutions
* Travel to other hospitals within Carilion Clinic as needed
* Work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in a counseling field
* EAP experience preferred
* Certified Employee Assistant Professional (CEAP) certification required, or procurement of such within 1 year of hire
* Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
* Familiarity with EAP core technologies and essential components of the Employee Assistance profession
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
