As a member of our Ability Securing Projects team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from recruitment marketing campaigns to web-based entertainment and digital resources. You will be responsible for concepting, designing, and executing creative content that showcases the Starbucks brand and values.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute creative solutions that drive business results
* Concept and design visual resources, tools, and assets to enhance the candidate and partner experience
* Work closely with HR and recruiting teams to develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative content that showcases the Starbucks brand and values
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Starbucks brand and values
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
**Requirements:**
* 4-year college degree in Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio and a passion for innovation
* Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 4+ years of experience concepting and designing recruitment marketing campaigns
* 4+ years of experience designing and developing digital resources, including web-based entertainment and social media content
* 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative content
* 4+ years of experience managing and maintaining a strong portfolio of work
* 4+ years of experience staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
