Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening, with a focus on driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, utilizing the One Best Way (OBW) service model, and provide guidance and support to store associates
Drive financial performance and sales growth in designated store areas, through effective management of P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Ability to work effectively in a remote office environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, or a related field
Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with a focus on performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
Completion of the Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, and other job-required trainings and assessments
