Join our dynamic team as a Federal Account Services Supervisor, where you will lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our federal business office, you will be responsible for managing a team of associates, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence, and ensuring optimal productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of associates to achieve organizational objectives and priorities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business results
Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues and improve processes
Provide effective communication and feedback to team members, and recognize and recommend operational improvements
Partner with sales, service delivery, and project management teams to provide insights and support
Requirements:
4+ years of work experience, with 4+ years of relevant experience in managing and coaching high-performing teams
Experience in solving complex problems, working in fast-paced environments, and handling multiple projects with tight deadlines
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Located in the Silver Spring, Maryland area
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in a call center environment
5+ years of customer contact experience
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Experience managing union employees and collective bargaining agreements
