**The Role**
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our customer service efforts forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Strategizing customer service initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Providing chat and email support to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Creating and updating support articles to ensure our customers have access to the information they need
* Managing billing, refunds, and cancellations on payment platforms, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any issues that may arise
* Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform our business decisions
* Analyzing user test videos to understand how our clients perceive our product and identify areas for improvement
* Proactively managing our team via ClickUp, Slack, and other tools, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Helping to build a team of CS superstars, identifying and developing talent within our organization
* Identifying and solving solutions to complex customer issues, ensuring our customers receive the support they need
* Providing guidance and support to our customers on how to use our proxies effectively
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with a strong understanding of IT-related concepts
* High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
* Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex customer issues
* A deep understanding of the internet and technology, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
* Ability to work independently, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
* Innovative and creative thinking, with a focus on finding new and better ways to solve customer problems
