Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to support the educational needs of offenders
Monitor student progress, administer academic tests, and provide individualized support to ensure student success
Collaborate with the Education Coordinator and HSE tester to arrange test dates and review student progress
Evaluate teaching materials and lesson plans, recommending changes to improve educational outcomes
Provide guidance and support to tutors, including evaluating their teaching ability and recommending training as needed
