About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Sales Administrator / Data Entry Specialist, where you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team with data entry, sales quote preparation, and customer communications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing data related to customers in our system, liaising with operations departments, and ensuring accuracy in our data and systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage data relating to customers in the system Act as key support to Account Managers and the Business Development Manager with the preparation of sales quotes/rates for customers and other presentations or communications Liaise with Operations departments Ensure that all the numbers, the changing rates are updated to ensure accuracy Why This Role Is Unique: This isn't a cookie-cutter admin role. Background in data entry, admin, customer service, accounts or coordination in complex environments (logistics, transport, construction, manufacturing, etc.) Nice to Haves: Ideally, you have previous sales admin/Data Entry experience within transport and logistics or sales team Would be amazing if you have experience using Translogix!
