Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outbound shareholder communications for public companies. Job Responsibilities


Deliver high-quality outbound shareholder communications for public companies, ensuring that employees are informed and empowered to make informed decisions.
Manage a high volume of calls using an auto-dialer, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Direct employees to how they can vote, providing clear and concise information to ensure a seamless experience.
Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.


Requirements

Essential Qualifications


6+ months of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Outbound customer service experience preferred, with a strong understanding of shareholder communications and public company regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working with auto-dialer systems and other customer service technologies.
Knowledge of public company regulations and shareholder communications best practices.
Certifications in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
