About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Government Sector, YouTube Data Management and Support Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by providing exceptional support to our clients, partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Integrate business objectives of partners into technical guides, and advance the broader frameworks methodology to lead ahead of changing business objectives. Lead a technical team to deliver robust frameworks that create business value. Drive best practices across the team, as well as a culture of ownership and accountability for quality and practicality of expectations. Lead the team to identify opportunities and move to deliver smart fixes. Minimum Capabilities We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 15 years of experience in overseeing framework foundation planning and delivery, 10 years of experience in overseeing people, managers, and teams, as well as teaching and fostering a team, and 5 years of experience in scaled and high-contact support, overseeing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core skills. Preferred Capabilities Experience in business engineering, frameworks planning, frameworks coordination, data design, and solutions delivery. Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action, address technical concepts to audiences and stakeholders, and influence/lead cross-functional partners. Ability to inspire design teams to collaborate, build industry-leading engineer foundation, drive adoption, and deliver impact. Ability to tackle complex issues and scale across an organization and distributed team. Superb written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. About the Team The Head of Emotionally Supportive Networks drives the team that provides frameworks to address the support needs of YouTube clients, viewers, creators, and paid subscribers. In this role, you will aim to empower the support activities teams to provide key insights that enable YouTube to understand client needs and grow. Our salary range for this full-time position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, with the actual salary determined by job, level, and location.
