**Job Title:** Experienced Data Entry Technician – Customs Brokerage Team Member (Remote)

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Technician to join our team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a key member of our Customs Brokerage team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system Understand and identify customs documentation Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally Ensure compliance at all times to regulations Daily execution of workflow and department metrics About You We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
