About the Role
arenaflex is currently seeking an experienced Data Entry and Imaging Clerk to join our Mailroom Operations team in Mechanicsburg, PA. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mail and documents. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry and Imaging Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
Opening, sorting, and controlling mail for processing
Sorting and correcting electronic documents through site verification and basic knowledge of data for each document type
Imaging and scanning documents received through OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
Sorting and correcting electronic documents
Preparing documents for imaging and processing
Assisting other employees in completing their tasks and performing other duties as assigned
Mentoring new employees and contributing to a team-oriented environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
Computer experience beyond using the internet and email
Windows-based computer experience
Excellent clerical and organizational skills
Quality-oriented approach to work
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks daily by priority
Ability to adapt to continual processing changes and learn new tasks
High School diploma or GED Certification at a minimum
PC experience reflected on your resume
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, prior experience in processing mail and/or operating Imaging and OCR equipment is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in a production and fast-paced environment is beneficial.
