As a valued member of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, you'll have the opportunity to promote and sell air travel on blithequark, while also developing your skills and advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Why You'll Love This Job** • You'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in the world of Government and Corporate Affairs. • You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from government agencies to corporate clients, and develop your skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication. • You'll be part of a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is committed to creating a workplace culture that's welcoming and supportive of all employees. **Key Responsibilities** • Promote and sell air travel on blithequark to government agencies and corporate clients • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner • Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues **All You'll Need for Success** • **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities + Proficiency in Native SABRE or similar software • **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in customer service or a related field + Knowledge of the airline industry and its regulations + Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • **Skills and Competencies** + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution + High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability + Satisfactory attendance required **What You'll Get** • **Travel Perks**: As a blithequark employee, you'll have access to travel benefits that allow you to explore the world and experience new cultures.
