Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Opportunity to earn a $310 certification bonus for completing arenaflex's certification program
Turbo Bonus Boost: Enjoy an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available (must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify)
Flexible work from home schedule, with the ability to set your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
Minimum 30 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more if desired

Requirements and Qualifications:
