Job Summary We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing friendly, patient, and professional support to our customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other key areas of our airport operations. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive travel experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Provides Exceptional Customer Service: Offers friendly support and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Works in a Collaborative Environment: Contributes to a helpful team culture, ensuring the success of our organization and providing excellent customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use freight or baggage services. Handles Customer Inquiries and Issues: Responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides solutions to customers in a considerate and courteous manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets. Processes Transactions and Balances: Processes charges, makes change, and balances daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Examines Baggage and Freight: Inspects baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging customers, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting on a case-by-case basis. Manages Overbooked Flights and Lost or Damaged Baggage: Resolves issues related to oversold flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and other customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
