Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Fort Worth – Alliance. As a key member of our service center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, and preparing paperwork. Perform active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs. Adhere to all arenaflex Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies.
