Collect customer data and assist with setting up wireless cellular services
Guide consumers through service options and ensure smooth, seamless installations
Build positive, lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service
Answer customer questions and provide solutions to any issues during the setup process
Maintain organized records of service setups and customer interactions
Work collaboratively with the team to meet service goals and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
Must be outgoing, personable, and motivated to succeed
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be available Monday through Friday, with Saturday being optional
