About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, build trust, and establish long-lasting relationships with our clients. While sales may be involved in certain situations, we prioritize a consultative approach that respects our clients' needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to union members, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, highlighting the value and advantages of our services. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and sales targets (where applicable). Requirements for Consideration: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Self-motivation and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Proven leadership abilities and a customer-centric attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Flexibility to work in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities. Fluency in English (bilingual skills in any language are a plus, but not required). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Knowledge of the labor union or credit union industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
