As a key member of our team, you will craft compelling narratives and develop innovative content solutions that bring together iconic Disney IP, cutting-edge platforms, and top consumer brands. As a Creative Copywriter, you will specialize in creating advertiser-sponsored custom content for Disney's streaming and linear TV networks, blending storytelling with business objectives to produce engaging campaigns that captivate audiences worldwide. With a keen eye for emerging trends and a deep understanding of the storytelling craft, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class creative content and experiences that drive revenue and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities: • Develop innovative custom concepts to secure new and repeat business, responding to RFPs and briefs from Disney Ad Sales, brands, and agencies • Generate marketing concepts that connect brands and advertising verticals with original Disney content and cultural/seasonal initiatives • Write copy for on-channel videos, ad units, and social content, immersing yourself in brand tone and voice • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and editorial teams on solutions ranging from 30-second videos to original short-form series and 360º campaigns • Act as a lead during client meetings, including pitches and kick-off calls, and deliver client-facing presentations Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience in production, branded content, or consumer marketing/creative agency • Highly knowledgeable of Disney's streaming platforms, TV networks, and shows, with a passion for innovative storytelling • Experience developing and writing best-in-class creative and branded content, with a strength in writing presentations, decks, and proposals • Ability to work closely with production and editorial teams, proactively producing new ideas and opportunities • Bachelor's degree in creative writing, journalism, or related field preferred What We Offer: • Competitive salary range: $113,800 - $152,500 per year • Bonus and/or long-term incentive units as part of the compensation package • Full range of medical, financial, and other benefits • Opportunity to work with a talented team in a dynamic and energetic environment Ready to join the Disney team and bring your creative vision to life?
