We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team as an Entry Level Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Business Account Manager Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that combines classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship from seasoned industry experts. You will gain a deep understanding of business operations, sales strategies, team leadership, and project management, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel in the world of business management.
Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers, addressing their concerns and overcoming objections to facilitate sales closures.
Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to drive customer enrollment.
Foster a collaborative environment among the sales support team, ensuring effective communication and coordination with sales representatives.
Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system.
Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance sales support operations.
Work towards achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
Provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversion.
Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance performance.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

The ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and establish trust is crucial in sales.
Basic organizational skills are required for this role.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software can be useful.
The ability to influence customers' decisions in a positive way while addressing their concerns is a core skill in sales.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to create creative solutions to customer objections and tailor product recommendations to fit their specific needs.
