Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data engineering solutions that meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain data pipelines using various technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and Shell, with code managed in GitHub and deployed through Jenkins. • Work closely with our production support team to ensure high-quality product delivery that meets customer expectations. • Test and investigate data pipelines using test and live client data, leveraging Jenkins, Python, and Java to automate these tests. • Analyze logs to identify next steps and resolve issues. • Utilize dashboards for Kubernetes/OpenShift to identify and resolve high-level issues, ensuring services are stable. • Support post-go-live execution and collaborate with the execution team to drive support. • Work with data suppliers to clarify requirements and eliminate barriers. • Drive automation into regular processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong understanding of design principles, tools, and standards involved in creating accurate technical plans, diagrams, drawings, and models. • Ability to apply logical reasoning and thinking to identify the pros and cons of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. • Capacity to recognize complex issues and review related data to create and evaluate choices and implement solutions. • Ability to combine information to form overall principles or conclusions (includes finding a relationship between seemingly unrelated events). • Ability to switch between at least two tasks or sources of information (like speech, sounds, contact, or other sources). • Ability to organize things or activities in a specific order or sequence according to a particular rule or set of rules.
