As a Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing and verifying ticket and voucher issuance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Managing vendor relationships and overseeing supply requests and inventory management
Processing invoices and investigating discrepancies
Coordinating employee parking and fuel distribution
To succeed in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience with key applications such as Coupa, Workbrain, and SharePoint
Knowledge of the Internal Controls Manual (ICM)
Previous experience in a similar role or industry
