Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting blithequark's products and services Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and merchandise Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, colleagues, and management Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and Microsoft Office Participate in sales promotions, events, and training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, typing, and navigating POS systems Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of sales success Fast learner, able to pick up tasks quickly after being shown Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to drive sales Retail experience, knowledge of POS systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Publisher) are a plus The UPS Store experience is a HUGE plus!
