Job Requirement: Forensic Accountant for New York Divorce Litigation
I am looking for an experienced Forensic Accountant to assist with a New York divorce case. The work involves financial investigation, tracing transactions, preparing exhibits, and supporting trial preparation. You must have prior experience working on divorce, matrimonial, or litigation-related forensic accounting cases. Responsibilities Analyze bank statements, credit card statements, business records, and tax returns Trace transfers, withdrawals, hidden assets, or undisclosed accounts Reconstruct income, expenses, and cash flow Identify anomalies or financial misconduct Prepare court-ready financial exhibits and summaries Assist with Net Worth Statement / financial affidavit Provide a professional forensic accounting report Coordinate directly with me and my attorney Deliverables Forensic report Tracing analysis Financial affidavit/net worth calculations Court-ready charts, timelines, and summaries Ongoing updates as needed Familiarity with New York divorce financial standards is a plus but not required Please include: Your forensic/litigation accounting experience Similar cases you've worked on (no confidential details) Certifications (if any) Your availability to start immediately Your work will be given directly to my attorney for trial preparation.
