Performance Marketer – Google & YouTube Ads (Remote)
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join our team and lead high-performing campaigns across Google and YouTube. You'll be responsible for full-funnel strategy, execution, and optimization—scaling enterprise-level ad accounts while delivering clear insights and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize Google and YouTube ad campaigns
• Build media plans that align with client goals and budgets
• Maintain robust tracking, QA, and performance reporting systems
• Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and opportunities
• Present strategies and results clearly to clients and internal teams
• Test new creatives, offers, and bidding strategies regularly
• Manage and scale ad spend of $100K+/month with precision
Requirements
Platform Expertise
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)
• Strong command of YouTube Ads for direct response campaigns
• Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models
Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen
• Proven success across eCommerce, SaaS, and service-based business models
• Strong understanding of key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rates
• Ability to adapt offers and strategies based on data and margins
Executional Excellence
• Experience building and scaling campaigns from scratch
• Solid QA processes for setup and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining quality and results
Communication and Reporting
• Clear and structured communicator
• Proficient in building dashboards, performance updates, and reports
• Comfortable contributing to strategy discussions and receiving feedback
Preferred Bonus Skills
• Experience with landing page CRO, funnel optimization, and split testing
• Familiarity with multi-channel attribution models (e.g., Meta, Email)
• Background in creative development for YouTube and Display campaigns
