Join a fast-growing marketing agency that helps service-based businesses systemise, scale, and stop leaking leads.

I’m Letisha, founder of SystemizeIt.au, and I’m looking for a switched-on assistant who can repurpose my content, post across social platforms, engage with potential clients, and help us grow through smart outreach — not spam.

This role is remote, part-time (approx. 8–10 hours/week) with potential for long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Download and sort video snippets from our Google Drive

✅ Schedule 2–3x weekly posts to YouTube Shorts, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn

✅ Search key FB/LinkedIn groups for business owners posting with low engagement

✅ Leave meaningful comments, engage, and DM them using pre-approved messages

✅ Log all leads into a CRM sheet (GoHighLevel or GSheet)

✅ Repurpose our weekly YouTube video into:

• A short weekly email newsletter (template provided)

• A 600–800 word blog (SEO-focused using ChatGPT + provided SOP)

✅ Reuse top-performing content across platforms

✅ Ensure all tasks are completed by Friday each week — consistently

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience managing outreach or social posting for coaches, consultants or service-based businesses

• Know how to write for humans — not robots — and can speak to small business pain points clearly

• Understand funnel strategy, nurture content, and social conversion psychology

• Have premium access to ChatGPT (and know how to prompt it well)

• Can follow SOPs but also think on your feet and problem-solve independently

• Are already working with a few long-term clients and can show work examples

• Are ideally in your 30s or older with a proactive, detail-focused mindset

• Are comfortable using Google Drive, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and GHL (or can learn quickly)

Weekly Timeframe:

• You’ll receive new content by Monday night (AEST)

• Your work begins every Tuesday and must be complete by Friday COB

• You will use provided SOPs and templates for all core tasks (we’ll train you)

• Paid per week or per task batch — negotiable based on experience

• 30-day paid trial period to assess alignment

• Potential to grow into more strategy or content support over time
