In this pivotal role, you will serve as the unwavering advocate for the user, ensuring that our digital solutions transcend mere functionality to become truly intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing experiences. To excel in this position, you will be expected to master the core competencies of a Business Analyst. This includes expertly gathering comprehensive requirements from our Client Business Areas and meticulously translating these into well-defined Epics and detailed User Stories, ready for seamless execution by our dedicated Development team. You will operate within a fast-paced, agile environment, fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams encompassing product management, engineering, and business stakeholders. Your ultimate goal will be to craft digital experiences that not only delight our users but also effectively contribute to and achieve critical business objectives. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles to bridge the gap between business needs and exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, epics, and user stories. Once you document the user experience process, we rely on you to write the Epics and User Stories on how the development should work. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations. Provide end-user support, respond to queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. Develop clear business requirement documents and facilitate workshops to ensure effective communication of requirements among team members. Conduct user research, collect and analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable designs. Develop user flows and tie to Epics, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to explore and validate design concepts. Create clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces (UI), applying design best practices and brand guidelines, creating style guides. Work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Business Partners to understand requirements and priorities, and with developers to ensure the proper technical implementation of designs. Plan and execute usability tests to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement. Requirements for this challenge: Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with international clients and stakeholders. Experience in UI/UX design. Ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed design decisions. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience working in agile teams, with an understanding of rituals and the importance of continuous collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end framework and SalesForce. Nice to have: Experience creating or maintaining Design Systems. Experience with writing user stories or with the INVEST technique.
