We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented JD Law Clerk to join our legal team remotely. Duties
ā¢ Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support ongoing litigation, contracts, and compliance projects.
ā¢ Assist in reviewing, drafting, and editing legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and pleadings with precision and clarity.
ā¢ Support the firm by preparing summaries of legal issues, analyzing case law, and providing insights on legal strategies.
ā¢ Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to legal standards during document review processes.
ā¢ Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on litigation support tasks such as discovery management and case preparation.
Qualifications
ā¢ Demonstrated research and analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex legal information clearly.
ā¢ Experience in contract review, drafting, or litigation support is preferred.
ā¢ Excellent writing skills with attention to detail for drafting memos, reports, and legal documents.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work setting.
Academic Qualifications Necessary
ā¢ Top 15 Undergraduate School
ā¢ Law School Graduate
ā¢ Civil Litigation Experience (NOT Criminal/NOT Family) or Federal State Clerkship
Salary

Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
