Java/.Net developer with Mainframe

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead Mainframe and .NET modernization initiatives, including Proof of Concepts (POCs) using AI/LLM-assisted methodologies.
ā¢ Perform legacy code analysis, reverse engineering, refactoring, and automated code transformation for modernization projects.
ā¢ Work with legacy mainframe technologies and support migration to modern platforms such as Java and Informatica.
ā¢ Implement automation-driven modernization strategies to accelerate legacy application transformation.
ā¢ 7 years of experience in .NET, Mainframe systems, and LLM-assisted code transformation/modernization with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
ā¢ Key Skills: .NET, JAVA, Mainframe, Modernization
ā¢ Financial services
ā¢ Must Have: 3 Years of Mainframe and .NET modernization experience
ā¢ 8 years of total software development experience
ā¢ 5 years of JAVA/.NET
ā¢ 2 years of Mainframe.
