Position Title: JAMF MDM Architect (Job Id: 2693004)
Location: 10920 Wilshire Blvd Ste 900, Los Angeles, CA 90024 (LARGELY REMOTE)
Duration: 10 months contract w/ possibility of extensions
Notes:
Ā Shift: Mon Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm PT.
Ā Hybrid role: 90% Remote; 10% Onsite.
Job Description:
Ā Reporting to the Unified Communications Manager, the device management analyst provides management, implementation, development, adaptation, integration, and enhancement of JAMF (MDM), Healthcare Listener, and iOS shared clinical devices.
Ā They will manage the configuration, maintenance, and gold image of all shared devices for clinicians and patients.
Ā The analyst will manage daily changes, updates, patches, and upgrade to the system as defined by Unified Communication team policies.
Ā Participates as a member of the Delivery & Quality Team.
Ā Facilitates and supports other ISS unified communication systems and projects & updates SOP s and training materials as requested.
Ā Functions as the team liaison to vendor resources related to above activities.
Ā Develop & execute action plans to remove project barriers relative to the specific application build.
Qualifications:
Ā JAMF MDM experience.
Ā 3-5 years in a healthcare related organization.
Ā Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding workflows, policies, procedures, systems, and culture in the application area.
Ā Previous management experience and effective leadership skills.
Ā Prior MDM application management experience preferred.
Ā Superior organizational skills and customer service orientation .
Ā Project management experience to manage project plan, lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts.
Ā Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
Ā Demonstrated skill in business process flow analysis and design.
Ā Prior experience with IT systems and systems development projects.
Ā Demonstrated ability to influence and shape consensus, lead group discussions and presentations to clinical and business operations leaders from across the organization.
Ā Ability to establish and maintain a spirit of cooperation and respect, flourish in an unstructured environment, and always engage in professional and ethical conduct.
Ā Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations.
Ā Must recognize problems, evaluate, and refer to the appropriate channels for action.
Ā High functioning team skills, including active listening, rapport building, effective written & verbal communication, receiving and delegating work assignments.
Ā Ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization.
Ā Ability to identify, document, resolve and/or escalate issues and maintain a complete issues log.
