It’s Plein Air Agency is a leading marketing consultancy focusing on the restaurant and hospitality industry providing solutions from Creative, Production, Media Strategy & Buying, Digital Content to Website and Mobile App development. We are a fully remote agency and are looking for remote talent to join our team!We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Client Partner with a desire to work with clients on web and mobile app technologies, who is looking to work in a fast-paced agency environment. This role would work directly with a Senior Client Partner in redefining, developing, and leading clients through web and app development cycles. The primary role includes collaborating directly with our Product Delivery Managers to help prioritize client requests and manage timelines.A successful candidate will support a Sr. Client Partner in client meetings, and share client needs including timelines, requirements, and requests internally. We are looking for a critical thinker who is able to help anticipate issues and contribute to the resolution of errors and UI problems.ResponsibilitiesMaintain key client communicationsDeliver clear guidelines for the team to follow when executing a projectReview product delivery to make sure it meets client expectationsRaise flags when projects shift off track or are unlikely to meet expectationsBring the team together when focus is required to solve key problems in a timely mannerBuild requirements and "definition of done” for new projects and added scopeWhat makes you successfulOperate with clarity. You bring direction to a client and make it easy for everyone to know what’s important.Take personal responsibility for the team and the end product. The first thing that matters is that we get the job done.
Requirements
Stable internetLocated here in the United StatesAny experience working with and leading cross-discipline teams and external clients is great but not requiredThe keys to being good at this job1. Not a push-over. You will have an opinionated team. It’s your job to cut through the BS and keep things on track.2. Super fun. We spend a lot of time working. Let’s not make all that time suck.3. Self-motivated. We are small and growing, not big and bureaucratic. There will be plenty of times when you just need to figure things out.4. Ready to love Jira. You’ll be the center-point for projects, making sure that the team is knocking off the right projects on time. You will also be a central communications point for clients who need fast turn-arounds.5. Writing skills. You need to think and communicate, that means you can write succinctly and understandably.
