The right candidate will take an active role in shaping the visual communication for our clients, from campaigns and branding to video and social media. You’ll be expected to take ownership of the account/s you work with and help push them forward creatively. You’ll also be expected to work with other designers and writers to collaborate on projects and provide feedback and ideas.This role will be integral in developing brand experiences, creative content, and campaigns.We are a distributed company, so you will have lots of video meetings, but you can work from pretty much anywhere that has good internet.Please note: All applicants must have a portfolio of work to be considered.ResponsibilitiesGenerate clear ideas and concepts across mediaProduce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideasUnderstand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audienceTake work from concept to final executionPresent completed ideas to team members and clientsStay interested in advertising and cultureHelp push your team towards great work
Requirements
Job Qualifications4-6 years of design/art direction experienceSuperior design and conceptual skillsProficient in Illustrator, Indesign, and PhotoshopExcellent time management & organizational skillsSelf MotivatedExperience in both digital and printStrong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to brainstorm in large groups and push ideas forwardA strong portfolio of work
