As part of our dedicated support team, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers, diagnosing their technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide exceptional IT support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
ā¢ Rapidly diagnose and resolve a variety of software and hardware issues.
ā¢ Educate clients on software functionality and best practices to enhance their experience.
ā¢ Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
ā¢ Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in support processes.
ā¢ Perform follow-up communications with clients to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
ā¢ Keep updated on the latest technology trends and product updates to enhance support efforts.
Requirements
ā¢ Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ā¢ Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is highly preferred.
ā¢ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer service.
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
ā¢ Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support software is an asset.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
