Location: Fully Remote from anywhere in Greece Working Model: Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 ️You will be reporting to: Operations SupervisorWhat you will do:-Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. More specifically:· Sell products and services in order to meet customer needs · Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system· Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries· Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers· Collect prompt and accurate customer feedbackRequirements What we are looking for: · Native or near-native Italian speakers· Fluency in English· Clear Communication Skills· Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools· Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicativeBenefits Compensation package and benefits: Competitive compensation Rewarding bonus scheme ✅ Permanent contract Private health care benefits Daily meal allowance ✈️ Relocation package for candidates outside Greece Recruitment Process:· If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
