Job Title: IT Testing Engineer II Experience Required: 3+ years of QA Testing experience Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IT Testing Engineer II with strong experience in QA testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and executing manual and automated test cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables across projects. Key Responsibilities: • Review and enhance test cases created by test analysts; provide constructive feedback and implement necessary changes. • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements in coordination with Business Analysts (BAs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). • Identify test conditions and develop detailed test cases and test data for comprehensive test coverage. • Execute manual and automation tests as per approved Test Plans using appropriate testing tools. • Work closely with Test Leads to resolve issues and clarify requirements. • Provide weekly status reports on testing progress and escalate risks as needed. • Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with the Test Lead. • Utilize mainframe TSO and DB2 for manual batch testing where applicable. • Ensure compliance with Global Testing Standards (GTS) processes in daily activities. • Complete all assigned training and upskilling within defined timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, including manual and automation testing. • Hands-on experience with mainframe TSO and DB2 for batch testing. • Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools. • Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. • Proven ability to analyze requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios. Preferred Skills: • Experience working with GTS (Global Testing Standards) processes. • Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools. • Knowledge of industry-standard QA best practices and tools. Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000.
