Job Description
We are looking for a full-time IT Tech Customer Support specialist to join our team. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service and technical skills to help our customers with their technical inquiries. Responsibilities:
Ā Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Ā Identify customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Ā Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service.
Ā Monitor customer inquiries and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Ā Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Ā Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Ā Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
Ā Provide technical guidance and training to customers on products and services.
Ā Maintain a knowledge base of current and upcoming products.
Ā Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Ā Assist in the development of customer service training programs.
Ā Assist in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives.
Ā Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
Ā Participate in customer service meetings and training.
Requirements:
Ā At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Ā Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
Ā Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ā Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
