Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide efficient and friendly support to end-users.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support roles.
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) are a plus.
