About The Role As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Key job responsibilities Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities Handles support requests and procedures across the network Assist in training new hires Continuous learning of new technologies Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers Basic Qualifications 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience High school or equivalent Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals Can regularly lift or move up to 49 pounds, and participate in group lifts for 50 pounds or more Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $44,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $91,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
