The Sourcer will implement and deliver innovative strategies to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for all Federal, Technology Consulting Solutions (TCS), and Corporate Information Technology (IT) Segments.
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to understand the requirements of open positions and build accurate candidate profiles.
- Assists in the development and execution of advanced staffing and sourcing strategies; source and recruit professional level candidates for both funded and proposal requisitions and build quality pipelines of passive and active talent to support all federal, corporate and TCS Segments.
- Build sourcing strategies, specifically targeted to passive candidates.
- Assist with evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures.
- Manage sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all priorities and goals are achieved.
- Perform a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements.
- Identify candidates from numerous sources, efficiently use our applicant tracking system, write advertisements, screen, and qualify candidates, and perform reference checks.
- Actively track recruiting activities and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience
