The ideal candidate has experience in release management, change management, and IT operations, coupled with a strong commitment to maintaining smooth and controlled deployments. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communicators, capable of coordinating across teams to ensure high-quality releases. This position is fully remote.Note: All applications/CV’s must be submitted in English.Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the release agenda for Data Analytics & AI (DA&AI) initiatives.
Ensure that all changes going to production comply with established processes and quality standards.
Coordinate with development, operations, and business teams to plan, schedule, and execute releases.
Track and update the ticketing tool to reflect DA&AI activities accurately.
Oversee risk assessments, rollback plans, and post-release evaluations to improve processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for all release-related activities and stakeholder communications.
Requirements for the role

Proven experience in release management, IT operations, or change management (7+ years)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment processes.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Fluent in English

Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
