IT Quality Assurance Analyst Sr.

Our direct, Fortune 100 client is hiring for a Senior QA to be responsible for performing a range of software testing activities including executing API, database, system, and regression testing throughout both QA and production environments. Looking for someone with manual and automation (creating, running, reading automation scripts) testing experience. Open to fully remote but candidates must be willing to work ET, CT, or MT hours within the United States.

Essential Skills:

- Building test plans, test strategy, test creation, System/Regression

- Skilled in learning/using Application UIs

- Understanding the testing methodology and test case development

- Experience in working with Agile/waterfall projects

Plusses:

- SQL tables/data queries

- API testing

- Postman

- How to set up and run tests in Postman

- Some automation knowledge - knowing how to run/read

- Prepares test tools, automation and environment assets to support testing effort.

- Creates, uses and maintains automated scripts to increase efficiencies in testing, including troubleshooting problems with scripts.

- Performs in-depth analysis by weighing relevance and accuracy of information to provide alternative solutions while appropriately incorporating input from others.
