As an IT Project Manager in our USConnect Operations department, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our technological advancements forward. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement long- and short-term project plans, including setting realistic milestones and deadlines
Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring the right people are working on the right projects
Make informed decisions that drive project progress and resolve potential roadblocks
Serve as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with project goals
Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with company objectives
Perform quality control checks throughout the development process to maintain high standards
Adjust project schedules and targets as needed in response to changing requirements or financing
Collaborate with external development teams to drive solution development and system integration
Manage day-to-day project activities in coordination with our lead Project Manager
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in project management, business acumen, and technical expertise. We're looking for candidates with:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience
Proven experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and implementing effective solutions

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and inform stakeholders
