We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cryptocurrency exchanges, wallet solutions, and payment gateway integrations (Visa/Mastercard APIs). In this role, you will collaborate with a world-class tech team to develop and deliver cutting-edge crypto products that drive value for our clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business strategy, technical execution, and regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless digital transformation for our partners.
As a Project Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives, working closely with clients and development teams to architect secure, scalable, and interoperable crypto solutions. Your entrepreneurial mindset and technical acumen will be critical in driving innovation and delivering results.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for crypto exchange and wallet development, including Visa/Mastercard API integrations.
• Architect and oversee the implementation of secure, scalable digital payment solutions in the blockchain space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, compliance, product managers) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Define technical strategies, standards, and best practices for crypto-related products.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in crypto and fintech.
Requirements:
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Knowledge of developing complex mobile and cloud-based systems in a regulated environment is required.
• Hands on experience designing and developing mobile apps, online platforms, blockchain, web3, gaming apps, high performance applications and APIs.
• Crypto exchange and crypto wallet experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the crypto/fintech space.
• Familiarity with diverse industries is recommended.
• Willingness to learn and take risks.
• Must have extensive research skills.
