IT Project Coordinator - Junior

Ā• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects.
Ā• The Junior IT Project Coordinator will support project managers in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and has strong communication and multitasking skills.
Ā• Coordinate Software development processes and operational activities
Ā• Distribute tasks in teams, facilitate interaction between departments, coordinate communication between teams, and participate in meetings
Ā•... Prioritize tasks/requests, and determine deadlines
Ā• Refine and maintain the existing information in task tables
Ā• Motivate the team and maintain a healthy emotional atmosphere
Ā• Manage and distribute the workload among team members
Ā• Identify and resolve issues quickly
Ā• Perform onboarding & setup for new team members
Ā• Communicate with users on technical issues
Ā• Write task descriptions & bug reports.
Ā• Identify potential problems, and initiate discussions to brainstorm the optimal solution.

Requirements:
Ā• No experience/minimal experience 0.5 years in IT Project manager role
Ā• Confident PC user with knowledge of Excel and Google Drive/Sheets
Ā• Ability to multitask, combined with a proactive and initiative-taking attitude
Ā• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ā• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ā• Experience with the Agile/Scrum process
Ā• Technical training and knowledge of Jira, Moqups, and Figma.
Ā• Deep understanding of SDLC
Ā• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ā• English comprehension: Upper-Intermediate +
Ā• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
